    Beschreibung

    FBI-Neuling Johnny Utah soll undercover unter kalifornischen Wellenreitern ermitteln. Bei ihnen vermutet sein Partner Pappas die Männer, die maskiert eine Reihe von Banken ausgeraubt haben. Doch Johnny verliert schnell die professionelle Distanz, verliebt sich in ein Surfergirl und hängt an den Lippen von Bodhi, dem Surfgott.
