Beschreibung
Julius Roberts erster Sommer auf seiner Kleinfarm in Dorset findet einen großartigen Abschluss. Zuerst macht er mit den Kartoffeln aus seinem Garten ein knuspriges Rösti mit Spiegelei und einem Klecks Chilisauce. Dann geht es mit seinen Freunden zum Tauchen, und am Strand bereitet er gegrillte Jakobsmuscheln mit Chili und Knoblauchbutter zu. Zurück auf der Farm gibt es eine große Grillparty mit Lammspießen und türkischem Salat.
