    Beschreibung

    Die Klimakrise ist schuld. Nach ewigem Regen ist London völlig überschwemmt. Eine junge Mutter versucht mit ihrem Neugeborenen und ihrem Mann aufs höher gelegene Umland zu fliehen, doch sie werden auf der Flucht vor dem Hochwasser getrennt. Auf ihrer Odyssee begegnet die Frau anderen Überlebenden. - Die Figuren haben keine Namen und obwohl es so klingt, erzählt Regisseurin Mahalia Belo keinen Katastrophenfilm, sondern ein nachdenkliches Drama. Die Hauptdarstellerin Jodie Comer brilliert als verzweifelte, aber entschlossene Mutter.
