Beschreibung
Ghoule haben sich in Tokio unter die Bevölkerung gemischt. Sie sehen aus wie normale Mitbürger. Aber in der Nacht bewegen sie sich durch die japanische Hauptstadt, greifen die Menschen an und ernähren sich von ihrem Fleisch. Der 18-jährige Ken Kaneki wird nach dem Überfall solch einer Menschenfresserin zum Halbghoul. Nun muss er sich selbst von Menschenfleisch ernähren: Im "Cochlea"-Gefängnis kämpft jeder gegen jeden. Als Kaneki den Ghoul Orca befreien will, attackiert der ihn...
